upcoming Barton Creek County Club Meet this Friday June 7, 2013

BCCC Sharks warm-up 4:00pm

River Place Rapids warm-up will start at 4:30pm

Location – The Barton Creek Country Club is
located at 8212 Barton
Club Drive, Austin, TX 78735

Sign ups - The host is not accepting any
deck entries. So sign your kid up now (and verify it's correct), because there
will be NO getting kids into new races on the day of the meet.

Designated Area – Setup will be on the
“grassy” hill outside of the pool.  Barton Creek is at the top of the
hill, and the Rapids will be in the lower section (shaded).  Please supervise
your swimmers as this is near a parking lot. The hosting team requests that
extra parents and swimmers stay clear of the Ready Bench area and the computer
table side of the pool.

Parking – PLEASE do not park
in the lot by the pool.  It is very small and services the resort as
well.  Please park in front of the BCCC member clubhouse (first driveway to
left) and walk down to the pool.

Concession Stand - The Club
will have a “buffet” (burgers, pizza, hot dogs, assorted wraps, chicken fingers,
fruit and misc snacks, drinks, etc.).  There will be a bar set-up during
the meet.  Club wait staff will provide cold water to volunteers who have
stationary positions (eg Timers, Ready Bench, Computer, Ribbons team). Payment:
RPCC members are set-up for reciprocal member billing.  Cash is also
accepted.
